Tutorials / video courses from Signe Scharling Papirkunst are only for personal use. It it not allowed to share, copy or redistribute the tutorials. It is not allowed to make large scale production after the tutorials. It is allowed to sell products made by yourself, in a smaller scale, after the tutorials. It is not allowed to make classes or courses, live or online, using the tutorials in original or adjusted form. It is not allowed to re-teach methods shown in the tutorials, live or online.

Signe Scharling Papirkunst accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Dankort, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay and PayPal.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

Delivery
Video courses are sent as a pdf files (link to download) to your email address. Always make sure to check that you have entered your email address correctly.
When purchasing physical products, they are dispatched within 7 days.
In connection with holidays and public holidays, longer delivery times may occur.
Delivery area: We deliver only within Denmark
All orders sent with GLS and PostNord get a tracking number.
Shipments with PostNord are delivered directly to the address, and must be left at the address upon delivery if there is no room in the mailbox.
Missed shipments
If you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop, be aware of the collection deadline. If the deadline is exceeded, the package will be returned to us for a fee. The package can be sent again against payment of a new delivery fee. Unclaimed packages that are sent back do not count as a return, and the price of the item is not returned to the buyer.

Damaged delivery
If your order is damaged on delivery, you must contact us at signe@scharling.dk
Include photo documentation of the damaged order.
Right of withdrawal on digital goods
When purchasing digital goods/recipes, you forfeit your 14-day right of withdrawal on the digital product. 
Right of withdrawal on physical goods
No right of cancellation is granted on physical handmade paper flowers purchased on the website, unless otherwise stated in your order.
Goods can not be returned.
Right of cancellation on physical courses
Registration for courses in paper flowers is binding and the money is not returned. It is not possible to change to another date.
We reserve the right to cancel the date of the workshop if there are fewer than 5 registrants.
In case of cancellation by the course provider, you will get the price for the course back.
Special order
If the item is a special order (the order is only entered into with a previous agreement), the price and payment are agreed before the work begins.
Half of the amount is paid at the start of the execution of the order, and the rest is paid when the item is ready for dispatch.
You do not have the right of cancellation when purchasing custom-made goods.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to defects in material and manufacturing of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear that have occurred due to use or storage of the paper flowers in sunlight or through normal wear and tear.
Complaint regarding Errors and defects must be reported to Signe Scharling Papirblomster in a reasonable time after receiving the produvt, max. 1 month after.  

Signe Scharling Papirblomster covers the return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified.
We reserve the right to remedy a defect or replace with an undamaged item rather than refund the purchase amount. This means that your item will be repaired, or you will have a new item sent as a replacement for the one being advertised, if your complaint is justified.
If it is not possible to repair or replace the item, the amount will be refunded.

We reserve the right for printing errors, typing errors, out-of-stock items and VAT and tax changes.

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement. When making payments, some of your data will be passed on to Paypal, Mobilepay, NETS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Shop Pay, Maestro, Mastercard , including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If you have given us your consent to this during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke consent at any time.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
Your rights
As the registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure fulfillment of at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
